This Privacy Policy describes how Pressria ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the Pressria Custom Goods Editor Shopify application ("App").

Information We Collect

When you install and use the App, we may collect the following types of information:

• Shop information: Your Shopify store domain, shop ID, and store settings required to operate the App.
• Order data: Order IDs, order numbers, product details, customer names, and contact information associated with orders processed through the App.
• Customer-uploaded images: Photos and images that your customers upload through the customization editor for the purpose of creating print-ready designs.
• Billing information: Subscription plan and billing status managed through Shopify's Billing API. We do not store payment card details.
• Usage data: App usage statistics such as number of orders processed, for the purpose of plan limit enforcement.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To operate and provide the App's core features, including the customization editor and PDF generation.
• To process and manage orders placed through your Shopify store.
• To generate print-ready PDF files from customer-submitted designs.
• To enforce subscription plan limits (e.g., monthly order count).
• To respond to your support requests and communicate important service updates.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or your customers' data to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Shopify: The App operates on the Shopify platform and shares necessary data with Shopify as part of the integration. Shopify's privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred as part of business assets, with prior notice to affected users.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your App subscription is active or as needed to provide services. Upon uninstallation of the App:

• Store credentials and access tokens are invalidated.
• Order data and customer-uploaded images are retained for up to 90 days, then permanently deleted.
• You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us at pressria@pressria.com.

GDPR Compliance

If you or your customers are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
• The right to request correction of inaccurate data.
• The right to request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• The right to restrict or object to processing of your data.
• The right to data portability.

Security

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
