Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pressria Custom Goods Editor ("Service"), provided by Pressria ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Pressria Custom Goods Editor is a web-to-print SaaS platform that integrates with WooCommerce and other e-commerce platforms to provide a customization editor for print-on-demand goods such as keyrings, phone cases, stickers, and other custom products. The Service includes:

• A web-based custom goods editor embedded in your store.
• Background removal, cut line generation, and PDF output for print production.
• Product and template management via the Pressria dashboard.
• Integration with third-party platforms including WooCommerce and Shopify.

2. Account and Access

To use the Service, you must register for a Pressria account and connect it to your store. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select (Free, Pro, or Business).
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• Usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges as described in the pricing page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, designs, and content provided by Pressria, remain exclusively with Pressria. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (product images, customer designs, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Templates from the Pressria template library are not content you upload. A Template you add to your account — including the copy stored in your storage and any edits you make to it — remains subject to the Pressria Template Library Terms, which give you a free, non-exclusive right to use it. Your ownership of customer designs does not extend to the Template elements they contain.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process data transmitted through the Service (such as product information and customer-uploaded images) solely to provide the Service functionality.

7. External Services

The Service connects to the Pressria backend infrastructure at pod.pressria.com to deliver its features. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Certain data (product IDs, names, thumbnails, category IDs) is transmitted to our servers.
• The availability of the Service depends on the availability of our backend infrastructure.
• We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platform outages (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pressria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
• Data associated with your account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Korea.
