Template Library Terms

Version 2026-10-19  ·  Last updated: October 19, 2026  ·  Pressria Custom Goods Editor

These Template Library Terms apply when your store adds or uses templates from the Pressria template library. They apply in addition to the Pressria Terms of Service. If the two conflict, these terms govern for Templates.

You accept these terms the first time you add templates from the library in the Pressria dashboard. Templates are free to use and non-exclusive.

1. What these terms cover

"Templates" are the designs (artwork, text and layout) that Pressria publishes in its template library for Pressria stores to add to their product editor. A Template you add is copied into your storage. The elements Pressria provides remain subject to these terms in the copy and in any edits you make to it.

Content that you or your customers add to a Template yourselves — such as photos, logos, names and other text — is not part of the Template. The rights in that content stay with whoever owns them, and the Pressria Terms of Service apply to it.

2. Free, non-exclusive use

Pressria grants your store a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to add Templates, to let your customers personalize them, and to print and sell products made from them. The same Templates are available to other Pressria stores. Using a Template adds no fee of its own; orders are billed per design under your plan.

You may send print-ready files made from Templates to a printer or production partner, but only so that they can produce your orders. They may not keep, reuse or redistribute those files for any other purpose, and you are responsible for making sure they follow this.

3. What you may not do

4. AI-generated content

Templates are created with generative AI tools from text prompts. Do not present a Template, in the form Pressria provides it, as having been created entirely by a human.

5. No warranty

Templates are provided "as is". AI-generated designs may not be unique, and similar designs may exist elsewhere. Pressria does not guarantee that a Template is unique, or that it does not resemble third-party works or marks. Check that a Template suits your market before you sell it.

6. Withdrawal

Ordinary withdrawal. Pressria may retire a Template from the library at any time. You will be given at least 14 days' notice before you must stop offering it (the stop date), and you may complete orders accepted before the stop date.

Urgent withdrawal. If a Template is the subject of a threatened or actual claim that it infringes someone's rights, or must be withdrawn by law or by order of a court or authority, Pressria may withdraw it with immediate effect. From the notice:

Each of these applies unless applicable law or an order of a court or authority requires otherwise.

Disabling the Template. For an ordinary withdrawal, Pressria may disable the Template for new orders from the stop date, but will keep the files needed for orders accepted before that date available until those orders are completed. For an urgent withdrawal, Pressria may disable or remove the withdrawn Template, including the copies in your account, immediately, but will keep the files needed for orders that may still be completed under this section available for that production only. Where possible, Pressria will suggest a replacement Template.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pressria's total liability for all claims arising from Templates under each Pressria account, taken together, is limited to USD 100. The exclusion of indirect and consequential damages in the Pressria Terms of Service also applies to Templates. Neither this limit nor that exclusion applies to liability arising from Pressria's intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow it to be limited.

8. Notices

Pressria gives notices under these terms by email to your account email address. The email is the official notice, and it is given when it is sent. Pressria may also post a copy in the Pressria dashboard for your convenience; the dashboard copy does not change when a notice is given. Keep your account email address up to date.

A notice of urgent withdrawal takes effect when it is given. Other notices take effect on the date stated in them, which for an ordinary withdrawal is at least 14 days later.

To report a concern about a Template, email pressria@pressria.com with the Template ID and the reason.

9. Changes

Pressria may update these terms. Each update states the date it takes effect. A change that reduces your rights takes effect no earlier than 14 days after Pressria emails notice of it under section 8, and applies to Templates you add from that date. When an update is significant, Pressria will ask you to accept the new version before you add more Templates.

Templates you added under an earlier version stay under that version, including its withdrawal rules in section 6. If you add a Template again, the version in force at that time applies. Pressria keeps every previous version of these terms and will provide it on request.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Korea, as in the Pressria Terms of Service.
